Delivery

All our orders are fulfilled with free standard delivery, and the shipping should take 1 business day. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The shipping period is calculated from the time you complete payments, and it could even be shorter. All shipping companies used to deliver our products provide insurance and tracking, and they include, but are not limited to, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Hermes, and Royal Mail.

Shipping Large Items

Items that are over 2kg can be delivered to mainland UK, places in Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Anglesey, Isle of Sheppey, Isle of Skye, and the Isle of Man. Some places where we do not deliver large items include the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses. Please note that delivery fees may be higher for these items.

Shipping Small Items

Small items of up to 2kg can be shipped to places in mainland UK, Northern Ireland and all islands in the UK apart from the Channel Islands. Also, we do not deliver to BFPO addresses. Items ordered to mainland UK can be delivered within the same day, but for everywhere else, deliveries will be made on the following day or on a later date. Next day deliveries are unavailable for these addresses:

When the shipping process starts, we will send you an email with a tracking number, wherever necessary. Any delivery dates and times we send you are only estimates since we will not have any control over how long the shipping process takes. Once the items are shipped, it will be up to the shipping company to deliver them in a timely manner. Some companies like the Royal Mail will only accept claims if it has been 15 days after posting the items. Still, we try to do whatever we can to fasten the shipping process.

We will always endeavour to fulfil the orders as per the terms and conditions, but it is impossible for us to guarantee that we will stick to these terms. This is because many factors beyond our reasonable control will be at play during the shipping process. Whenever we are unable to work in accordance with our terms and conditions, we will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule the delivery date of your products.

All your orders will be shipped to the address you included when creating an account on our site. In case you need to make a change to your shipping address, you can go to the account settings of your account and change it to your new address. It is possible for us to remove or simply restrict some addresses from our delivery schedule, but such changes will always be communicated to you when you check out of the online store. Any restrictions on the addresses will not affect orders that are already being processed.

You must always have someone in the delivery address you filled for the order within the booked timeslot. This person has to sign for the orders to show that they were delivered safely. The person will also need to satisfy our requirements on the proof of age. These requirements are clearly outlined in the section below.

In cases where no one is at home during the deliveries, or the person available is not able to satisfy the proof of age requirements, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If this solution fails, we will leave a notice showing that we attempted delivery and were unable to. From there, we will contact you in order to rearrange the delivery of the items. Usually, we will plan to deliver the products the following day at no additional cost to you.

It is possible for us to deliver the products to the wrong address. If this happens because you provided us with an incorrect address, we will not be responsible for any damages and losses you suffer because of the wrong delivery. Some losses which you will be liable for include, but are not limited to, theft, tampering, contamination.

Age Restrictions

People under the age of 18 are not allowed to shop in our store.
As an ethical retailer, we are determined to uphold our legal and social obligations to the community. For this reason, we have set up multiple control check in the shopping and delivery process of our products. The first control is to ask you for your date of birth and to ask you to verify your identity through some personal identity check. The products will eventually be delivered to and signed for by people who, in our reasonable opinion, are aged at least 18.

If you are not personally available to sign for the delivery, it will be up to you to make sure the person accepting the products is 18 years and over. They should be able to prove their age to us if challenged. If we cannot verify that the person accepting the delivery is at least 18, we will not complete the delivery. We may remove the age restriction at our own discretion and complete the remainder of your delivery.
