Returns and Refunds Policy

If you have a problem with the product, you don’t need to worry- we’re here to help you.
Any products that have not met your expectations can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

For a product to be eligible for a return, it should meet these requirements:
• Must have been purchased within the last 30 days
• Must be in its original packaging
• Must not be used or damaged
• Must have the original receipts or proof of purchase
• You must have the Return Merchandise Number that was given by us

If your product does not meet these requirements, it will not be considered for a return.

To get a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), you can contact us at abgroceriescouk@gmail.com. Then you can send the item along with the packaging, receipt, and RMN number we provided. The delivery address will be given to you after the return is open.

Shipping Charges

You will be fully responsible for payment of the shipping costs of any return, along with the payment for risk of loss or damage during the shipping process. The charges incurred when shipping the returns are not refundable.

Damage of Items

In case you receive a damaged or broken item, make sure you contact us for quick assistance.

Items on Sale

Regular items can be returned for a refund, but sale items will not qualify for these returns.
